Last weekend we went out for a nice bike ride--with the bike trailer, of course--and had a lovely picnic. Benjamin enjoyed watching the leaves in the tree above us and played with his book. It plays the tune of Here Comes Peter Cottontail whenever it opens. He has learned this...and opens and shuts the books several times per minute. :)We snacked on homemade fried chicken and pears...Ben had pears too. He actually would bite off little pieces and chew them up. What a smart little boy.
He is also pulling up now. Each day he does it a little more. He doesn't quite get the idea to use his legs still....he pulls up with all the might he has in his lats...and sometimes gets his mouth on what he is pulling for assistance. Silly guy. He'll figure it out soon enough. I'm in no rush...my life will change completely when this little fellow figures out all that he is capable of!!
